I stared with WW online April 2003 just after I got married to A.
I joined WW meetings after went on a trip to Quebec City and enjoyed everything food wise that Quebec had to offer.
This spring took a break from meetings again,but kept up my efforts but have returned again two weeks ago.
I really need someone to weigh me. Otherwise I just mess with myself and the numbers, and that’s not good for me.
After reading Julia Cameron’s The Writer’s Diet, I have decided to start journaling about my journey. That, and I’ve picked up some support along the way.
Right now, I am aiming at losing the excess weight that I have put on over the years. My metabolism is unforgiving at my age, so it is time to play dirty with this addiction to food that I have. So, I am working on this blog to help me stay clean, to lose my excess fat, to accept myself, and to treat food for what it is: something that isn’t a crutch but rather something that is there to fuel my body. Please add me on to your list of favorites and feel free to leave a comment or two. I would be nice to know that I am not a voice in the dessert, I mean desert.

Hey, I’m glad you found my blog. As an ex Weight Watchers leader seeing hundreds a week I’m always glad to be able to help one other. If I can help you personally, let me know! You’re doing great. By the way, I also used to own a Health Food Store so I’ll really be talking about healthy eating which is the best.
I’m not always good but I try to be good more than “bad”. Don’t we all!
